All pharmacy permits are late after December 1st, a late fee
will be added to your renewal fee after December 1st. Maryland Medicaid
billing may be affected if your permit is not renewed before December
31st. You may not use this
system to renew after December 31th.
You must include your most
recent inspection date to complete your establishment renewal. If
no inspection is required for non-resident establishment, use your
original permit date. |

| Wholesale distributor permits expire
December 31st. Click here to renew your permit to distributor
into, out of or within the state of Maryland. You may not use this
system to renew after December 31th.

OTHER INFO: > HB 935 (Chapter 203) – Tax Clearance for License Renewals - Requires verification that an applicant has paid all undisputed taxes and unemployment insurance contributions (or has provided for payment satisfactory to the tax administrator) before a license or permit may be renewed. The law affects the renewal of licenses or permits for business occupations and professions, regulated industries, natural resources, environment, and health occupations as well as other licenses granted by the Comptroller’s Office.
