APPLICANTS FOR WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR RENEWAL PERMITS
All Wholesale Prescription Drug or Device Distributors that apply to operate in Maryland in 2009 will be required to demonstrate through paper application that they can meet the provisions of the new Distribution Permitting and Prescription Drug Integrity Act and revised COMAR 10.34.22 Licensing of Wholesale Prescription Drug or Device Distributors regulations. Applications will be mailed to all Permit Holders no later than November 7, 2008. Information regarding the criminal background check process will be provided in the near future._All applications should be submitted no later than December 16, 2008 with or without the criminal background check form(s), fee and required fingerprints.
