Basic instructions for using the Online
Renewal System

Step 1: Make sure to
mail
your INVOICE, Data Sheet and Payment to the Board
Make check or money orders payable to the Maryland
Board of Pharmacy.
Step 2: Login On the system
and update or
input your INSPECTION DATE, OWNERSHIP INFORMATION.
PHARMACIST EMPLOYEES and HOURS of OPERATION. Most of
the other information will already be in the database for
you. As long as nothing changes, the Ownership
Information and Hours of Operation entered online this
year will already be in the database next year. All
you will need to update next year is the Pharmacist
license expiration and Inspection Date.
Step 3: Permit
is printed and mailed. The Board will
download the list of all establishments completing the
online process each morning, print those permits.
