that is intended to touch on the highlights of your
responsibilities under HIPAA. You will need the more
in-depth information that is provided in the more detailed
documents available on our links, but this guideline will
serve as a pointer for you. HIPAA regulations must be
given the time and effort they deserve to assure that you
are not subjected to penalties and possibly be put at risk
if a patient feels harmed by an action or inaction related
to privacy.
